Washington, Tyne and Wear Training report

On Friday 18th Feb Georgina and Tim drove north to Oxclose church – where we worked alongside vicar Gav and the church in one of the all new TFM ‘Mission weekends’. We were delighted to be joined by some TFM regulars who supported us – thanks David, Kevin, Tom and George! Friday night we shared a meal together – church members, TFM staff and those who had come to be trained – it was a good time of testimonies and worship.

On Saturday we used the new training manual and, of course, did some door knocking. The estate proved to be very open and warm towards the church, with good conversations. Saturday evening healing service was great in the numbers turning up and in the testimonies of healing later – then it was Sunday morning and preaching plus testimonies.

We drove up through a storm, we drove back through a storm – and we believe the church is stirring up a Holy Spirit storm of healing, salvation and discipleship. It was great to share in part of that journey with them!
